"The noise has been with us for eleven months now..."

I wrote this short as an apology to my parents

for all the endless restless hours I caused them as a baby. 

my crying was so bad, they taped it on an old reel to reel recorder.

when i was older, they got their own back

by playing it to any guests we might have,

Or just to passing strangers.

Whoever was around basically.

This short seemed to strike some universal chord among sleep deprived parents.

it got into over 70 festivals worldwide in 2006

and won several fancy shiny AWARDS.
